“My husband and I moved into this apartment right after we got married, and it was honestly the best place we could've gotten. We truly made this place a home, and very much enjoyed our time there. Sure, there are always quirks with apartments, but there were very few here. One of my favorite things was the laundry ROOM rather than a laundry closet. It was so handy, and honestly I miss it. The space was great, the fireplace was unobtrusive to where we could place our TV in an ergonomic position, and the bathroom had fantastic storage (again, I miss it!). Another bonus is the outdoor space on the first floor - which was fenced in. It was PERFECT when we brought home our puppy and had to take him outside a bunch. Not many places have that, and we were so grateful to have that. We had some challenges initially with the office staff during the first year or two of our time there, but after that person left, it was great. Maintenance was almost always on top of addressing issues, as well. Overall, the small community vibe of this place was fantastic. You don't have to deal with several floors of units, nor too many buildings to maneuver around. There aren't really any "amenities" but we didn't mind because that helped to keep costs lower for such an expensive market. In summary, this was a fantastic first home for us that will always hold a special place in our hearts. We've both said that we feel nostalgic for it, even in our new house. I highly recommend it for a newly married couple, as it was perfect for us.”

“Great place to call home! Officially been here a year and I can say it’s been the best apartment I’ve rented. Neighborhood is great, neighbors are wonderful, very quiet, dog friendly, amazing maintenance staff and office staff. My apartment is beautiful and has the perfect little fenced in patio for my dogs. Not leaving any time soon!”

“Tracy is absolutely amazing! She made my move from Chicago so easy and painless. She was very responsive and was able to help me with everything I needed. I’ve never had a property manager as friendly, attentive, and helpful as Tracy. The apartments are also amazing, very well kept, and in a very beautiful area. There are so many parks nearby, and it is right next to 522 which is very convenient for me. I am so glad to have chosen Vermont apartments!”
